DAY 1
JOHANNESBURG
On arrival in Johannesburg, clear customs and immigration and exit into the terminal where a representative will be waiting to meet you and brief you on your upcoming safari. After your briefing, continue to City Lodge O.R Tambo hotel approximately 100 metres walk from the arrivals hall.

TIMBAVATI PRIVATE NATURE RESERVE
Enjoy breakfast before heading back to to Johannesburg Airport for your flight to Hoedspruit Airport. On arrival at Hoedspruit, you will be met by your guide from Simbavati River Lodge who will drive you into the Timbavati Reserve and to your lodge.
Settle into your lodge and your beautiful river-facing room, home for the next four nights. After lunch and perhaps an afternoon siesta, head out for your first game drive. The Timbavati offers some of Africa's best wildlife viewing and is home to the big five and is a great place to see the endangered wild dog.

DAY 2
DAY 3
TIMBAVATI PRIVATE NATURE RESERVE
Over the next three nights, settle into safari life with morning and afternoon game drives, with the middle of the day focussed on some important relaxation.
Timbavati game drives occur in the early morning and late afternoon when the animals are naturally most active. Key to the experience is your English-speaking guide, who works closely with a tracker from the local Shangaan community. This duo pool their knowledge, expertise and fresh observations to maximise your wildlife sightings.

CAPE TOWN
This morning enjoy your last game drive looking for the wildlife before returning to the lodge for breakfast and a transfer to Hoedspruit Airport for your flight to Cape Town.
On arrival in Cape Town, you will be met and transferred to the heart of the V&A Waterfront for four nights at the centrally located Lawhill Luxury Apartments. Overlooking Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront Marina, Lawhill offers travellers a taste of luxury living at the ‘hottest address in Cape Town’. It’s the ideal base to explore the Mother City and all it offers, with easy access to the Waterfront’s shopping malls, restaurants and the hop on hop off city sightseeing bus.

CAPE TOWN
Today embark on a full-day Cape Peninsula Tour.
The Cape Peninsula tour takes you to the scenic Cape Point Nature Reserve at the southwestern tip of the Cape Peninsula and some of the most spectacular views in the world. The drive there is just as inspiring, passing steep mountains, secluded coves, sweeping beaches and passes through the cosmopolitan suburbs of Sea Point and Camps Bay. Cape Point Nature Reserve, comprises of thousands of acres of indigenous fauna and flora. There is a variety of wildlife, including baboons, reebok, Cape Mountain zebra, bontebok and the elusive eland. Following the coastline along False Bay, we'll return to Cape Town by way of Simon's Town, where we will visit the Penguin colony at Boulders Beach.

CAPE TOWN
The next two days are yours at leisure to explore the best of what Cape Town has to offer. Some of our suggested activities are:
Take the cable car up Table Mountain, visit Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, go on a guided walking tour through the city centre, shop and dine at the V&A Waterfront, explore the trendy beach-side suburb of Camps Bay, go wine tasting in the Cape Winelands, visit Robben Island, hike up Lions Head, enjoy one of Cape Town's world-class day spas or relax with sundowner drinks on Signal Hill.
This is just scratching the surface of what Cape Town has to offer. Spend the next two days exploring and discovering your perfect version of Cape Town.

VICTORIA FALLS
This morning you will be picked up from your Cape Town Hotel and transferred to Cape Town International Airport for your flight to Victoria Falls.
On arrival at Victoria Falls, you will be met and transferred to Ursula's Homestead. Ursula's Homestead is a charming property of just four individual garden rooms. The rooms are set in a semi-circle to take in wide-open views of the natural reserve.
This afternoon depart on a guided walking tour of Victoria Falls. Experiencing the Falls up close is truly an awe-inspiring experience – the sight and the sound of millions of litres of water pouring over the edge and crashing 108 metres into the gorge below is an experience you will never forget. Your guide will provide a brief history of the Falls, detailing the flora, fauna & bird life and other points of interest.

VICTORIA FALLS
Enjoy breakfast and a leisurely morning relaxing or head into town and join one of the many activities on offer. This afternoon depart on a Zambezi Sunset Cruise. Gently cruising along the Zambezi is a superb way to relax and cap off another day in Africa. There are great photo opportunities against the often-spectacular African sunset. Flocks of birds skim the waterline as the sun sets, hippos snort and make their presence known. Wildlife is often spotted along the banks of the river, including hippos, crocodiles, and elephants. The Sunset Cruise includes canapes, beer, wine, local spirits and soft drinks.

CHOBE NATIONAL PARK: CAPRIVI STRIP
This morning transfer by road to the Botswana border, where you take a boat to Chobe Savanna Lodge. Set on the banks of the Chobe River overlooking Botswana’s famed Chobe National Park, Chobe Savanna Lodge is the perfect destination to experience the thrill of a river-based photographic safari in the home of Africa’s highest elephant population.
