DAY 1
ARUSHA
On arrival at Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport, you will be met and transferred to Lemala Hamerkop House. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Hamerkop House is a beautiful private house managed exclusively by Lemala Camps and Lodges. It is located on a wildlife and golf estate halfway between Kilimanjaro International Airport and Arusha. It offers a great place to start or finish your safari.
Beautiful garden locations provide a stunning location to enjoy sundowner cocktails. You can take a walk to and enjoy spectacular sundowners with Mt Meru and Mt Kilimanjaro as your backdrop.

TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before being transferred to Arusha airport for your flight to Tarangire National Park. On arrival, you will be met by the camp’s vehicle and enjoy a shared game drive en route to the camp for lunch.
Tarangire is most famous for its giant baobabs, a network of swamps, and large herds of elephants rumoured to be the largest population in Tanzania. Enjoy an afternoon game drive looking for the area's wildlife

DAY 2
DAY 3
TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives with the opportunity to partake in an optional morning bush walk. Tarangire Mpingo Ridge offers the opportunity to participate in night drives which provides the perfect way to try and spot some of the exclusive nocturnal species.

LAKE ELEMENTAITA
Leaving the Masai Mara after breakfast, travel across the ‘breadbasket’ of Kenya, where acres of wheat and barley dominate the landscape. Lunch will be a picnic stop en route to Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive at Lake Nakuru in the afternoon and head out on a game drive. Known for its birdlife, the park, with the right climatic conditions, offers the possibility to view thousands of flamingoes feeding in the shallow alkaline lake.
While not a large national park, Lake Nakuru is incredibly scenic and has several unique wildlife sightings that make it a worthwhile visit, including good chances of finding black and white rhinos and the endangered Rothschild Giraffe.

DAY 4
DAY 5
TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, continue south towards the Tanzania border and then on to Arusha for lunch. After lunch, you will depart Arusha and pass through the Maasai Steppe, filled with picturesque African villages and coffee and banana plantations. Arrive at Tarangire National Park, enter the park, and begin exploring with a game drive as you slowly make your way to the lodge arriving for dinner.
Tarangire is most famous for its giant baobabs, a network of swamps, and large herds of elephants rumoured to be the largest population in Tanzania. It is less known for a yearly secret migration where masses of wildlife are drawn to the Tarangire River during the dry season as it remains the last viable water source for miles.
